we are so fortunate to have a wonderful neighborhood - so fortunate - and our house is one of the houses on the street that seems to have a certain child-magnet installed.
i love it. we all do.
today, we were all playing outside, doing different things, like:
hummingbird feeder placement, lemonade stand sales, 8x8 placements for the batting cages, weeding ... you name it, we were doing it.
and the sky opened up. big hard raindrops, lots of them.
in they came - ALL of them.
'can we watch a movie? can we have some pizza? can we all sit in here and hang out under the bankets?'
yep!
good sunday stuff .... and now, the sun came out and they're all outside playing hoops.

What a great crowd! There is only one family on our street; it'd be lovely to have all those same or similar-aged kids nearby! Looks like fun, Karin! :)
